Our refinishing process consist of coating with your choice of stain and polyurethane finishes. For stain colors we can perform the stain test to obtain the perfect color for your floors. Finishes can be oil or water-based. Oil-based polyurethane will leave you
r floors with an amber glow and a darker tone. Water-based polyurethane provides a clear and natural tone. Both polyurethane finishes provide your floors with protection. We want to ensure you choose the right stain and finish for your floors. Below are a few examples of types of stains and finishes. Let us come in to your home and let our work speak for it self.
Our refinishing prices starts
$2.99 for natural with 3 coats finish
$3.99 for light stain and 3 coats
$4.99 for darker stain and 3 coats finish
For high grade finish if you have any pets and high traffic is $1.0 extra .

Selecting contractors for a project is always tough to do, especially when you get more than one estimate and all three of them are very competitive from very professional people. Decisions are made based on a lot of things and the fact that we did not use JC Floors had nothing to do with their professionalism or their prompt response. Their price was competitive, but we chose a different contractor. I wanted to thank JC for their time and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for floors.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To refinish hardwood solid our prices start from $2.75 a sqft with natural 3 coats poly and $3.75 to sand, alcohol wash , apply stain and 3 coats poly. And less than 450 sqft is a minimum charge $1100
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our give a trust is we start the job and we just get paid after the job is all done .if is refinish not install

All start in new jersey I was 17y old trained from a American guy bill baker from long beach island Nj and he teach me a lot things so I learned most of my work with him and the most is pay attention and details and love what you do get the job done right with the right tools ,right products ...
