- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tailored to the type of service. For individual Creative Soap Therapy sessions, pricing starts at $75 per person, while corporate sessions begin at $1,500. We also offer discounts for group booking. Custom packages can be created to meet the specific needs of our clients, and fees for travel or custom services may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s goals—whether they are seeking a relaxing Soap Therapy experience, mindset coaching, or a corporate team-building event. We explain our services in detail, offer recommendations, and tailor each experience to fit their unique needs. Our goal is to create a supportive, engaging, and enjoyable experience that helps them de-stress and grow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Coach KB has 11 years of experience as an ICF ACC certified mindset coach, specializing in mental wellness and personal growth. In addition, we have 17 years of experience in Talent and Acquisition and over 3 years of experience in Creative Sensory Wellness through soap making and therapeutic sessions. Our team is skilled in aromatherapy, creative arts, and wellness coaching, ensuring a holistic approach to our services.
