Introduction: Sometimes managing a healthy lifestyle on your own isn’t enough. My experience as Registered Nurse Health Coach is in weight management, food cravings, sleep, energy, stress management, athlete recovery/performance and digestion, just to name a few. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, I will individualize wellness programs to meet their clients’ needs. We also included IV Therapy, Energy Booster and Fat Burn Shots in our packages. As a Registered Nurse Health Coach, I have a strong passion for behavioral choices and major impacts on the health along with the basic understanding of dietary patterns and overall health, fulfilling an important and distinct role with my clients to develop strategies that enact real, lasting lifestyle changes.
