JD is a nice enough guy. My TV is, indeed, mounted on the wall and working. Only a small bit of mess was left by his tech, and it was a pretty quick install. That being said, I paid extra for an electrical outlet to be installed behind the TV, and it wasn't. Trying to get them back out here to rectify the situation has been like pulling teeth. My advice: check the work before the technician leaves and make sure you got exactly what you paid for. If you didn't, after the fact is too late. I ultimately gave up on recouping the money or getting the outlet because it wasn't worth the amount of time it was taking to track down.
