This was my first time using Atlanta Clean Pro and the first time using Thumbtack for professional home cleaning services. Atlanta Clean Pro responded quickly with an estimate and invoice. They were also able to send someone within 2 days. It was very helpful that the company texted me in advance that the cleaner was running 8 minutes late. Although the cleaner didn't finish everything on the invoice, the company professionally and quickly offered multiple solutions. Sometimes there are challenges when working with a new company, but it is very helpful to know that ATLANTA CLEAN PRO 1.RESPONDED with an estimate, invoice, and an appointment within 2 days. 2.RESOLVED my questions, professionally, and 3.REQUESTED and implemented valuable feedback to elevate my professional cleaning experience to 5 STARS. Although the cleaner didn't finish all the items listed on the invoice, he was professional and focused. I appreciate that he wasn't distracted talking or being on the phone. Because of ATLANTA CLEAN PRO staff, Evesha, who followed up with me quickly, professionally, and with multiple solutions, I will use Thumbtack to hire Atlanta Clean Pro for my next cleaning.

They did an amazing job moving my furniture. I moved from one third-floor level to another, and it was done quickly and smoothly. They communicated well and was on time. I even added a stop to pick up a washer and dryer at the last minute and they went with no problem. Once we got there, they communicated to me that the dryer was gas and I may not have that in my apartment, which I didn’t and I’m glad they noticed it. If it wasn’t for them, I would’ve gotten a dryer I couldn’t use. I will definitely use them again if i move again.
