When first deciding to contact the company, I spoke with Naketheha, the owner. In speaking with her she made me feel comfortable ,like I'm dealing with a genuine person. I decided then to book a move out cleaning with her for a house I had rented. She and her partner showed up at the agreed upon time. The cleaning they did was fantastic. No short cutting. They went above and beyond what the other companies that I spoke with said they would include in their cleaning package. And for the same money or less. Most importantly, the house was clean. I got my moneys worth.

Good evening Pauline, I apologize for not lifting up the soap bottle and cleaning under it. You were home the entire time that I cleaned. After I cleaned, I asked you to come and look it over and you declined. You texted me about the soap bottle after I left and I offered to come and make it right and you declined.
