- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat price system based in square footage and number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer books online, we check availability and send confirmation. We send an email and text reminder 3 days before service and 24 hours before service. The team shows up on time and leaves the home spotless according to client's requirements. Once the job is done, we charge the client's credit card on file. We follow up with a survey to make sue the client is happy with the service. We guarantee our work. If for some reason, the client is not happy, we return within 7 days to do a reclean. If the client is still not happy we give a full refund!!
