I liked the professional who worked on our house. She did a fantastic job on our kitchen. Unfortunately, due to working so hard on the kitchen, almost everything else was left undone. We were promised inside window cleaning, laundry room cleaning, dusting, moping, etc. We didn’t get any of that. This was a two person job and that needs to change. You can change things due to Covid. . Make sure your professionals are vaccinated and make sure your clients are vaccinated. I know that is a difficult job, but I would have given you the highest rating if the job was completed.
