Needed some last minute help moving vacation luggages and stuff from my car up to my second floor apartment. Partner and I were both injured and couldn't do it ourselves. We requested a booking with Jamal around midday for the next morning because the app refused to let us book for the day of. Jamal replied within the hour and agreed to get us in for the evening in spite of the app's restrictions! They were professional, accommodating, and did quite a speedy job getting our stuff out and up!
