Requested a Deep Move Out cleaning due to a previous tenant leaving it in horrid shape, and sent pictures ahead of time as well as met them onsite before work started. They arrived on time and asked me questions to clarify what was expected. I stated I needed the whole house clean. For the most part they did clean it. They had to come back a 2nd time to remedy the ceiling fans not being cleaned as well as the vents registers and the bottom of the stove and underneath the kitchen sink. After the 2nd trip they still the vents and 2 ceiling fans and the ceilings and wanted full payment as they did not think it warranted any discount.

My husband sent me photos after the cleaning and from the pics everything looked fine but when I actually got here today it was NOT worth the $250 spent. I asked for a move in DEEP cleaning and specifically asked that the walls and baseboards be scrubbed. The baseboards were at least went over once but not throughly. I don't think a single wall got wiped at all, they are all still filty and some even had dust on it so I know a wipe down wasn't even attempted. I've been spending my entire Saturday at the house to scrubbing them all down before we move in tomorrow. The walls and baseboards were the sole reason I hired someone to clean. If I knew it wasn't going to be done I wouldn't have wasted the money. Ceiling fans still have dust on them. The floors have some film on them maybe from a dirty mop? There was still dirt that hadn't been swept along the edges and cobwebs in every corner of every room.
