- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Move-out Cleaning package includes: •Living Room/ Bedroom - ceiling fan, baseboards, built in shelves, floor •Bathroom- toilet, sink/ countertops, cabinets* in & out, bathtub, floors •Kitchen - countertops, refrigerator*in & out, cabinets* in & out, stove top, floors Prices starting as low as $149 ADD ON services: •Oven- $40 •Stainless steel polish- Free of charge •Stairs-$20 per flight •Small Rubbish/Trash Removal- $10+ •Interior Windows $4 Per window •Window treatments (blinds)-$10+ *Mandatory FREE Consultation for each home which is a walk through of the home together and we’ll at that point identify all of your concerns and lock in your price for the cleaning! *If you choose to hire Grand Green Luxury Cleaning to provide your service within 3 days of the walk through you will receive a 15% off discount on your service total charge! *Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your agreed appointment. *20% deposit will be required for all services to secure your scheduled appointment, that deposit goes towards your final bill, and helps with supplies for your cleaning, If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice that deposit will be non refundable however it may be used towards your rescheduled appointment - so it then becomes a credit. * All appointments will be confirmed and must be booked using thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Introduction • Consultation & Accommodation • Confirmation Email • Phone Call • Receipt Introduce myself to my interested client and inform of what the service package entails and the estimated amount of time to provide the cleaning service. Mandatory FREE Consultation! A walk through the home with client to make sure the client is clear with what services will be provided, schedule for the perfect day and time to provide the cleaning service. Confirmation Email with the agreed upon cleaning details - service time, date and clients information (address, contact number, gate code) etc . Calling 24hrs in advance to confirm everything is still as planned and a courtesy call prior to arriving at service when in route so you know exactly when to expect your cleaner. Emailed receipt to keep for your records
