I had such a good experience with Maid to Glow. They were able to accommodate a last minute move out cleaning, and went above and beyond. They left the home looking like new. Would definitely use them again!

Standard cleaning - Charlene was good but she did leave certain things like - for stairs, my wife had to remind her to vacuum. She left the bathroom closet as-is, it was not moped and mirrors were not cleaned.
She didn’t do dusting in the living room, I was expecting that as part of standard cleaning.
It was not a wow exp., but ok, not bad either. We did good in bathrooms, she did well in kitchen and bedrooms.

I was SO happy with the clean and the communications during!! I live states away and run an Airbnb from afar, which is often difficult. I have had several cleaners that just never let me know what they were cleaning, how they were arranging things, never took pictures, even when I asked, and some didn’t even let me know when they were finished! But Kathy was awesome! She asked questions, following up with photos, and took photos of everything after, allowing me to make corrections for the future! I am absolutely hooked and I’m so happy Maid to Glow will make my life easier and less stressful for me and my guests!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For first time customers, ask for our $20 discount code! We use standardized pricing that is determined by square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, the type of service - standard, deep, or move-in/out, and a la carte services such as cleaning the inside of appliances, cabinets, etc. We offer discounts based on frequency - 20% for weekly, 15% for bi-weekly, and 10% for monthly. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy! Booking takes 60 seconds through our website. Make sure to ask for our $20 discount code. Pick the date and the arrival window the works best for you and our team will be there. The cleaner will send an ETA message when they are 30 minutes away.
We'll take care of the dirty work so you can relax!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner personally hires and oversees their team of 6 cleaners. Each have been vetted, passed background checks, and do test cleanings to ensure their level of quality and skill meets our high expectations. We've been in business for years and have cleaned thousands of homes around metro Atlanta. We recently expanded north of Atlanta.
