- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing for jobs based on the size of home, number of bedrooms/bathrooms and type of service. Our pricing list can be viewed on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to start with a quick phone consultation to understand what the clients goals are and hear about any problem areas or places that need extra TLC. From there I determine which of my Clean Bees would be perfect to tackle the job. Once we arrive at the customers home, we do a quick walk through of the space and from there I determine my cleaning plan of action. We ALWAYS focus on their priority area first and then wrap up with bathrooms so that they're fresh and clean when we leave. Once the cleaning is completed, we do a final walk through with the client to make sure they're 100% satisfied before departing. And I always follow-up with a phone call or email within 24 hours to make sure they enjoyed their service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've cleaned over two dozen homes of all sizes! I'm also a professional busy bee which means I work overtime at home being a perfectionist!
