There’s a first time for everything and they made sure this was my last time getting my house cleaned. Bought a house and decided to get it cleaned so I could just move in and relax. I scheduled various services back to back starting with a cleaning. The house appeared clean, but for my peace of mind, I wanted to have it done so I knew for sure. I asked for a deep clean in my bathrooms and kitchen which I was told was standard and all other rooms would be a basic cleaning. My place is a little under 1500 and the cost was $250. In no more than an hour, I got a text that said they (4 women) were done cleaning. I thought that was quick for areas to have been deep cleaned, but again I’ve never had anyone to clean for me before. I get back to my house and I noticed dust on the floors in my bathroom, the spot on the wall that was there when I left was still there, the floors weren’t shining, etc. So I questioned all of this and one of the young ladies did touch ups where I found dust. After asking specifically if the floors were mopped and being told yes, I paid so they could leave as I felt myself getting frustrated. The next day, I came over to move some things in and decided to swifter the floor for some shine and the swifter cloth was sooo dirty. I had to reach out and I asked that they come back, but decided that I didn’t trust them and would prefer my money back. When I asked for my money back, I never received a reply. While some areas may have been cleaned, the most important areas especially where a deep clean was requested, didn’t appear clean. Please be aware and if you decide to hire, only communicate through the app. Definitely don’t pay cash.
