They did a great job on painting and cleaning. They are thorough and discovered a leak and water under the LVP. I had them remove the flooring and had the leak repaired by a plumber and had N&L install new flooring. Great job and I appreciate the thoroughness.

N&L Home Services Review

We hired N&L Home Services just two days before Thanksgiving to clean our 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home. Nivi and her crew were prompt and got to work right away. Overall, they did a good job, and our home looked clean and smelled fresh by the end of their visit.

That said, there were a few minor discrepancies: the baseboards were swept but not wiped down, the pantry door wasn’t wiped, two lamp bases were missed during dusting, the inside of the shower door wasn’t cleaned, and a couple of blinds weren’t dusted on the inside. We reached out to Nivi about these issues, and she was very apologetic, which we appreciated.

Despite these minor issues, we’re grateful that Nivi and her team were able to take on such a big task on such short notice. They also offered an additional service of painting our curb address, and we absolutely love the artwork.

We appreciate their hard work and the effort they put into our home!
