- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, value-driven pricing. Our standard rates cover labor, all cleaning supplies, and equipment. We offer a 20 % discount on biweekly recurring cleans, and additional savings for weekly or monthly recurring services. There are no hidden fees—any extra services (oven cleaning, interior window washing, etc.) are quoted up front and added only with your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out to Peachy Clean Team—we’ll get back to you within 5 min (during business hours) or the following morning at 9am to discuss your home’s size, any special requirements, and preferred dates. Once we’ve clarified the details, upon your approval we will confirm your first cleaning appointment and any ongoing schedule you’d like. On the day of service, our team arrives punctually, conducts a brief walk-through to ensure we understand your priorities, and then proceeds with the agreed scope of work, performing a final quality check before we leave. Afterward, we follow up within 24 hours to make sure you’re completely satisfied and to address any feedback, ensuring that every cleaning meets your expectations before your next visit.
