- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently running a Mother's Day special 15% of all base cleaning prices through Midnight on Mother's Day. This includes the purchase of Gift Cards. We provide excellent value for our prices. We treat our cleaners, our customers and the environment like the most important things on earth. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee; if you aren't satisfied we will do make it right within seven days. If you still aren't satisfied we will refund your money. We haven't had to refund any customer yet because our cleaners are really that good.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We quote your price based on your number of bedrooms and bathrooms, add any extras and schedule at your convenience. We will provide a checklist of after the clean to ensure your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every single one of our cleaners has at least five years of residential cleaning experience. We also require two yearly skills training sessions to keep our cleaners at the forefront of best practices and products.
