House Cleaning

Stay far away from this company! I was very clear about what I needed prior to hiring them. Their quote was 3x times what I received from others. She explained that they were more expensive because they stay until everything was done and that they do baseboards, walls, etc. and this is what sold me on using them. When they arrived (late), the very first thing that they said was that it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as what I described. I explained to them that the condition was extremely bad for me and that the cleaning had gotten behind due to my work schedule. They were nice and pleasant during the time they were there. They stayed about 12 hours and when they were done I admit that I was extremely tired and did not do a thorough check but I did notice some things that were not done and she agreed to come back at 8 AM. This is where the problems begin, I wake up and go into the kitchen and see that the floor is nasty, the baseboards had not been cleaned and the fan had not been touched. It’s 8 AM and they had not arrived so I called, no answer, I then text and send pictures of the things that had not been done, still no response. I then called again, and she answered and became extremely defensive, she first tried to tell me that I never said if I wanted her to come back which was absolutely nothing true. She even told me not to touch anything before she returned. She then tells me that they felt a way about me not being “appreciative” of the work that they did do, as if I shouldn’t be concerned about what they didn’t do. She goes on to say that some of the things that she did was not in her job description and that they stayed longer than what she planned. First, I was very clear about what I needed done and not one time did she tell me it was not in her job description. Second, I hired her at a much higher cost because she told me that they would stay until everything was completed to my satisfaction. Last, although they did a good job on what they did complete, I still have every right to expect that they fulfill the entire job agreed upon. She then had the audacity to personally attach me by telling me that my house shouldn’t have been in that condition I’m the first place, which I found hilarious and extremely unprofessional. Hilarious because you insisted several times that it wasn’t bad at all, and unprofessional because this is your job, I would never insult a client in such a way. I always attempt to resolve an issue because I absolutely hate to leave negative reviews as I am a business owner and realize how difficult it is, but they were not at all interested in correcting the issues but seemed to take it personal that I wasn’t appreciative enough about the work that they did do. As I stated before, they were pleasant during the time that they were here, they did a good job on what they did do, but they what they didn’t do was completely unacceptable for someone in the cleaning business especially considering the amount that I paid them. This was an expensive lesson learned.

You were so happy with our work that you tip us, right after we did a walk through last night twenty five dollars to be exact. The job we did for you will be posted today and the pics as well. I'm sorry that I missed you call this morning, those thirteen hours that we spent restoring your house had cause me to oversleep. Once I noticed that I missed your call, I reached out to you soon as I could witch was 8:05, You Proceeded to tell me about the problems that you had with our Services. You explained that we forgot one base board, A Fan that wasn't dusted , and some dust that was left behide after your floor was swept and mopped. I offered to come over, and take care of the issues that you had with our work. You declined our Services. We are sorry that you wer unsatisfied. We appreciate and respect our Clients and it upsets me that you unhappy with our services. Sorry that we couldn't resolve the issues. Have A blessed and Prosperous day Miss Dena.
