The kitchen was not cleaned at all, and some floors were not swept or mopped. The person did not bring her own broom, mop or vacuum, or enough cleaning supplies. A sub par experience.

Thank you for your review. All areas of the home were cleaned and mopped. The house was not in bad shape so all cleaning was done and everything was placed back into in rightful place as if nothing was moved or touched. Kitchen was cleaning with all crumbs and hard stains on the countertop as well as cabinets have been removed. Some residents have personal mops and brooms they would only like to be used in their home. A new mop was used in the home and all cleaning products needed were supplied and used by us. Overall, we apologize that your experience was not to your expectations. Please contact us for further resolution as we would like to make sure all of our clients are pleased.
