Johnette was lovely. She’s who they sent to clean. When I reached out to scrub squad I told them I have a cleaning crew that comes once every 2 weeks but they were missing the mark on deep cleaning such as baseboard and walls. Johnette did a great job with those two items but because one of scrub squads cleaners was a no call/no show this morning, she came alone and labored solely for hours. A deep clean by a quick google search is EVERYTHING. Walls, floors, behind furniture, windows, mirrors, countertops, all surfaces. Really hard to do with a single human, and my house is only 1700 sq ft. I feel like she didn’t have enough time to really focus on the normal stuff once she finished wiping what she could reach of the walls and baseboard cleaning. I was told 2.5 hours with 2 people. She was here 10-3 and my house definitely isn’t complete. The master shower wasn’t touched, mirrors weren’t wiped, the toilets weren’t cleaned, trash from bins weren’t taken out. This is mostly about time and help - which could have been resolved with the 1 other person. There was also miscommunication on the dispatch and app associate roles (whoever booked my cleaning). The best I can do is share it in photos for better understanding. I hate a wish washy review but this team has a lot of work to do. My understanding is they are “new” - and it shows. I also vaccum daily and keep my house in pretty great condition so there weren’t “hurdles”to jump through by any means. Johnette was lovely and did her absolute best, this is on the owners/operators unfortunately. I’ll continue on with my normal cleaning crew for $150. Although 275 is a great price for a deep clean, a deep clean is not what I got today Was worth a shot nonetheless and made a friend out of the situation.

Hired for deep clean for a full house move-out. Went out for dinner and weren’t on site when they left, so that’s on me. Albeit I did tell them not to clean a certain room - I didn’t say barely clean the whole house. Toilets and showers looked untouched, mirrors and glass as well. Baseboards and carpet still had dust or buildup from over the years. For $300 it should’ve looked a little more well kept after the service. They did clean the fridge and some bigger trash, but for a move out clean we expected more and now have to hire a new crew.
