- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have base rates for my services, but price can vary depending on the severity of the project. Meaning less severe cases can be discounted or more severe projects can have added fees. ($10 fee for excess trash). I have frequent deals and specials to make your needs affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All first time customers get $15 off their first standard clean as a thank you for choosing Z Pristine. After the first appointment, I keep the customer updated on deals and specials I have so they don't miss out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a year of commercial cleaning training as well as knowledge of chemical safety, bio hazards, and proper equipment use.
