- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer a Flat Fee rate. But we will work with our clients when the budget is tight.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure the customer understands what is expected of us, and what we are capable of delivering. Explain our confidentiality agreement and how that will enable us effectively represent them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an Immigrant myself to the United States, I have gone through the process of legalization, as well as most of my family members. I understand it very well. I also have a Masters Degree in Law in Public Heath and International Human Rights. These achievements help me a lot in my work as an Attorney.
