I Initially came across Monique's business card in the summer of 2020, I immediately started to follow her on both IG and Facebook and seen all of the great work she and her office were accomplishing. After months of following her work, the following summer my wife and I decided to contact Monique and start the process of our immigration case. We started with a 30 minute consultation call where she got to know us and we got to know her. Also on this call she laid out a timeline of events and was very upfront about everything we would encounter during this journey. Monique said "you have to be patient and positive", no true words were ever spoken. Monique provided 3 different affordable payment options and allowed us to pick the one that best suited our needs. Then, Monique and her staff started to collect our documents and submit all necessary paperwork. At no point during this process did we have a hiccup, she kept her word in regards to response time, anytime we had questions she or Yessica would immediately respond to us, they also sent us a monthly update letter to continuously let us know where we were in this process. Once we got to the point where all documents were apporived and we were preparing for our interview at the US Embassy in Malawi, Monique provided us in detail a study guide to prepare us for the interview which included text and videos.I would recommend the Law offices of Monique C Reynolds, LLC to anyone who is need of a GREAT Immigration Lawyer. I was referred to Attorney Moniques office by my brother and they changed my life completely, From the first call I made to her office , I received wonderful service and I was updated about my case all through the period . Attorney Monique and her Staff members were available to me all through the process, They answered all my questions and were very professional about it . its a lot of lawyers offices out there where you are ghosted once your process starts , They are different because they show you care and concern about your case and fight for you all the way . Mrs Reynolds is heaven sent, if I could give a 100 stars I would I found the Law Office of Monique c Reynolds just by browsing social media on instagram, very intelligent, professional, knowledgeable, experienced and caring immigration lawyer. We met virtually, my process with her was smooth and effective. She has an amazing team especially her assistant Ms Val, always pleasant when answering the phone she also did an excellent job keeping me updated on my case. Monique helped me with my immigration case and within 6 months I was approved my work permit.
