- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES Virtual Design — Per Space All virtual design packages include a virtual consultation. A 50% deposit is required to begin your project. Please be payment-ready when booking. $200 — Essential Design Package • Moodboard • Furniture sourcing • Lighting placement • Shopping list with direct purchase links $300 — Visual Design Package • Moodboard • 2D room render • Furniture sourcing • Lighting placement • Shopping list with direct purchase links $450 — Complete Design Package • Moodboard • 2D room render • Furniture sourcing • Lighting placement • Floor plan layout • Shopping list with direct purchase links Small Spaces Spaces totaling 500 sq. ft. or less may be designed at a flat rate of $350, depending on the project scope and required deliverables. Multi-Space & Full-Home Projects Projects involving 4 or more spaces require a custom quote based on square footage, scope, and selected deliverables. Full-home redesign projects start at $1,000. Custom packages are also available when different spaces require different levels of service. Commercial Interior Design Interior design services are also available for commercial spaces, including offices, retail spaces, hospitality spaces, studios, salons, and other small businesses. Commercial projects are custom quoted based on square footage, scope, and required deliverables. IN-PERSON SERVICES Consultation — $80/hour In-person design consultation and recommendations. Styling — $150/hour 2-hour minimum ($300 minimum). Includes hands-on furniture and decor placement and styling. DESIGN DRAFTING SERVICES Design drafting services are available for residential and commercial spaces, including new layouts, renovations, additions, demolitions, and modifications to existing spaces. Drafting packages include: • Floor plan • Up to 2 revisions • 3D model • 4 elevations Up to 1,000 sq. ft. — Starting at $500 1,000–1,500 sq. ft. — $850 1,500–2,000 sq. ft. — $1,000 2,000–3,000 sq. ft. — $1,300 3,000+ sq. ft. — Starting at $1,500 Pricing may increase depending on project complexity, including demolition, additions, major layout changes, existing conditions, and additional drafting requirements. Interior Design + Drafting Bundle Bundle design drafting with interior design services and receive $100 off the combined service price. PERMIT COORDINATION Standard drafting packages do not include permit fees, professional engineering, architectural stamps, or guaranteed city approval. Permit submission and coordination can be added for $300, excluding city, county, review, filing, and other third-party fees. Approval is determined by the applicable jurisdiction and is not guaranteed. Projects requiring services, drawings, certifications, or approvals from a licensed architect, engineer, or other licensed professional must be reviewed and completed by the appropriate professional. Residential and commercial services are subject to applicable local building codes, permitting requirements, and professional licensing requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
TYPICAL PROCESS FOR NEW CLIENTS Before we begin, it helps to have an idea of the style or aesthetic you want for your space. If you’re unsure, that’s completely okay! I can help establish a direction based on your preferences and inspiration. What Are the Deliverables? Moodboard A visual collection of the furniture, decor, lighting, colors, and other pieces I’ve selected for your space. This is where you review the overall design direction and let me know what you like or would like changed. 2D Room Render A realistic visual showing the selected furniture, decor, and design elements placed within your space using photos you provide. Clear photos and good angles are preferred. If the photos provided do not show a usable angle, I may recreate a view that closely represents your space. Floor Plan Layout A bird’s-eye view of your room showing the recommended furniture placement and overall flow of the space. Floor plans are primarily used for layout and furniture placement, so lighting and certain decorative details may not be fully represented. Shopping List A list of the selected products with direct links for you to purchase. Simply copy and paste the provided links into your browser. Purchasing I do not purchase furniture, decor, lighting, or other products on behalf of clients. You are responsible for purchasing your selected items directly from the retailers using the shopping links provided. Project Timeline Most projects take approximately 2–2.5 weeks to complete. The timeline depends heavily on how quickly you review the designs, provide feedback, approve revisions, and respond throughout the project. Delayed responses may extend your completion date. Rush Service: +$150 If you need your project completed on an expedited timeline, rush service is available for an additional $150, subject to availability. Still Have Questions? Consultations are available by Zoom or phone, whichever you prefer.
