After spending HOURS researching solutions to the issues in my condo (buckling floors etc) I hired Mint to take the job from start to finish. I got all my "honey do" and "wish list" items completed without having to coordinate or interact with the various vendors. Kate and Jony were also wonderful in selecting paint colors as well as other items. So many choices: nice to have professionals narrow down the myriad of decisions including rehanging my art work in a more interesting way.
