- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One thing about me and my business I’m competitive yes ! I differ from a lot of my competitors because I’m about quality over quantity ! I will do a job for seemingly hundreds of dollars lower than my competitors, just to showcase our skill. I say this because not only do I want my clients to know the price they paid was great, but the experience with this company was immaculate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thanking them first off for choosing me and my team ! Next identifying the problem, see what’s needed and what’s not ! Solving the problem, bringing in my elite crew to accomplish the mission and satisfy each customer we do business with. This is our process !!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have about 2 years of experience in this field, but my team has over 25 years of experience. We pride ourselves on quality and meticulous work, we identify what it is our clients are looking for with a well established plan followed by an even better execution.
