We recently had LIV Painting Company come out to provide a quote for several projects in our home. While we need to hold off on the work for now due to some unexpected circumstances, we were extremely impressed with the entire process and absolutely plan to use LIV in the future.From the beginning, communication was easy and responsive. Clark was transparent, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. He took the time to walk us through different paint types and finishes, explained where our money would make the biggest impact if we prioritized certain spaces, and never made us feel pressured.One thing that really stood out was how detailed and flexible the quote was. Clark broke everything down in a way that allowed us to tackle the projects la carte if we choose, which we really appreciated.We also have a room with dark 1980s paneling that weve considered painting for years. Weve had multiple quotes over time, but Clark was the first person to specifically recommend Emerald Urethane to achieve a smooth, updated finish on the paneling. That level of product knowledge and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence in LIV Painting Company.When I let Clark know that we needed to pause our plans for now because of an unexpected event, he was incredibly understanding and gracious. That kindness and professionalism meant a lot and further confirmed that this is a company we want to work with when the timing is right.Overall, this was one of the best contractor quote experiences weve had. The most professional crew! We would highly recommend using LIV. We were able to walk the house with the owner after the painting was finished to point out any areas of concern. We only had a couple, but they were taken care of immediately. As a perfectionist, this was top notch service!!!

We don’t surprise clients with hidden fees or change orders unless the scope truly changes. Occasionally we run seasonal promotions, but our focus is always on long-term value and a finish that holds up.
