- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are most often called to remove malicious infections from customers Windows based P.C.s. We have a lot of experience combating these threats, and we also have partnerships with excellent security software firms like ESET, Trend Micro, Avast!, Malwarebytes, and ZookaWare. So you can count on getting the protection you need.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a lot of smart people out there that can help you. Some charge too much, some too little. Most can fix the problem, but some can not, and will waste your time. What is most important is whether or not you can feel comfortable working with them, especially when the job make take hours. We preform 99% of our fixes over the Internet with remote control software, and if it is a long job, we are not going to keep you on the phone while we work, but will keep you well updated, and will provide an accurate summary of the work that was done when completed. We pride ourselves in referrals and repeat customers, which can only be delivered by excellent service.
