- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the Move-In/Out, Trash Out, or Carpet Cleaning job with the new customer. We would discuss the price and expectations. We would discuss when the job would need to be done. Reliability TurnClean Services will come to the job at the time agreed, and we will strive to meet all deadlines. If something prevents meeting the deadline, we will contact you to prevent any surprises. ?Integrity TurnClean Services will clean to match your expectations. One of the great problems with the cleaning industry is often the Customer and the Cleaner have different expectations about what is supposed to be cleaned. Communication is the key to solving this problem. Before a job is to begin, TurnClean Services will interview the customer to ensure that both customer and cleaner are on the same page. ?Value TurnClean Services will provide value to match your budget for the job. Do you want an intense detailed cleaning? Do you need to get rid of junk left behind? Are you flipping a property and have a limited budget to clean with? During our initial interview, we will discuss what your budget is, and we will craft the cleaning to match that budget.
