I have coached a number of young men and women of all ages and from all walks of life. I have served in the corporate setting for 20+ years, I am a co-author of a mental health awareness and post-traumatic events book entitled, "It's Not that Easy...Stop Telling Me to Get Over It!" I am a Motivational/Inspirational speaker, and work as a Relations Liaison for those struggling with Eating disorders and Mood & Anxiety disorders. More importantly, I am a woman of faith. I am a daughter, a big sister, an aunt, a friend, and survivor...AND I hope to be your coach as you embark upon this journey of becoming the best version of yourself!!
