- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per package, per program or per session. Most client's opt for packages as they get more bang for their coaching buck. My packages are developed in a way that give the client multiple sessions along with a set strategy and plan to reach their goals and attain their dreams.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is to start by getting to know a little about them. I introduce myself via email and send them my coaching agreement and a coaching questionnaire. The agreement must be completed and returned prior to our first session. The questionnaire is a very helpful tool that I use with all new client's. This questionnaire contains some powerful questions to be considered prior to our first session. It challenges my client to think about what they want, what limitations they're currently living with and how they can move forward into the life they desire living. Upon receipt of a signed agreement and completed coaching questionnaire, an initial session is scheduled and confirmed and an invoice is submitted for payment which is due prior to the first session. The initial session serves basically as an intake session, my client will get to know a little more about me and how coaching works while reviewing the coaching questionnaire in its entirety. This session is usually a little longer then normal, 1.5 hrs, all sessions following are 60 minutes in length.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my B.A of Business Administration in Management from Howard University in 1997 and a dual certification from The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPec) as a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner in 2015. I have almost 20 years experience as an entrepreneur and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my client's including: human resources, new business start-up, real estate, online retail, entertainment and consulting. I've traveled extensively both domestically and internationally living in Washington, DC, Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, GA. Along with my life coaching practice, I also own several other businesses including an entertainment company, an online boutique and a real estate holdings company. #EntrepreneursRock!
