- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client is unique in their own way so we try our best to provide best service for reasonable price. We offer flat rates for oneway trips and offer hourly prices for those who need us for stand by. Our hourly price comes with 25 mile per hour please let us know what you would like and we will do our best to accommodate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Please send address you would like to be picked up from and address you would like to travel to 2) a representative from company will discuss date, time and how you would prefer to pay 3) once payment is established you will be place on schedule and sent a confirmation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experienced chauffeurs that have been driving for over 5 to 10 years
