Run!!! Do not work with this company! They are not a moving company. They set you up with a moving company they do absolutely nothing themselves except steal your money. Find your own moving company do not pay vanguard to do it for you! They will tell you one price, take a deposit and then wait until you cant get your deposit back and up the price by thousands. My original quote was for $4999 they took a 1700 deposit and then called me in a week and and raised my move cost to $8000 and asked for another $2000 deposit. When the one star moving company that they hired finally showed up they asked for another $2000. From $4999 to $10,000 for 5 more items. Read the five star reviews youll see they all have the same format. They are fake. Run away from these terrible scam artists. They are horrible people. They gave me a $610 refund check because they said they overcharged and it bounced! Do not give them your money!

CURRENTLY IN CONTACT WITH THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND MY PRIVATE ATTORNEY.THEY ARE BROKERS AND WASH THEIR HANDS OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES. THEY WONT EVEN HELP YOU CONTACT THE MOVERS THEY HIRED.They hired a company to move us that did over $9;000.00 in damage. We found out after that they had hired a company that had changed its name multiple times because of problems with the Better Business Bureau. We have been unable to make any progress getting anything resolved and Vanguard has been useless. Claiming it isnt their problem. The contract absolves them from responsibility. Unethical, shady and useless. They dont value the customer or their property. Multiple family pieces that cant be replaced were destroyed and they could care less.. They obviously dont vet the companies. Just hire the cheapest they can get, oh, cheaper for them I should say. Our move, on top of the damages, cost $2,000.00 more than quoted and we werent told that until the day of the move. They are completely useless and will not take any responsibility for their actions. Normally, I would stop at this review but this experience was so unbelievably unprofessional and unethical that I will be taking this further.Im sure this will be taken down quite quickly. But If 1 person sees this before they do it is worth it.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We hired and paid Vanguard to move us last week, Very nice and responsive when they are trying to swindle out of your money. They subcontract other moving companies which we did not know. They did not pick up the move until 3 days after our agreement and the price that was quoted to us ended up doubling the day before the move because we added 10 extra boxes, I thought maybe an extra $100 or so but no, the price went up to $7,100 from $3,500- highway robbery and they knew that we were stuck with them. When I tried to speak to a manager they told me that because they had picked up and deliver the move there was nothing they could do. They are liars and the biggest thieves ever. My advise to anyone looking to hire a moving company is STAY AWAY FROM VANGUARD AND IMOVE

I was looking for certified movers and found Vanguard Moving Services. Cameron helped us set everything up and he was so nice. The movers they sent us were polite and treated my things like their own. The movers kept in constant constact with me and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. I will definitely use Vanguard again. Thank you guys.
