The most important day of my life was my wedding on June 20, 2009. I have never been a big makeup person so I wanted to be as natural as possible and be able to look back at my pictures in 20+ years and love the way I looked. Kyra more than fulfilled my wishes. My makeup was flawless. She took the time to ask me what I liked and how I felt about the makeup. She didn't just take over. She truly cared about what I wanted. She also did the makeup of a couple of my bridesmaids and they absolutely loved her! To say that I highly recommend Kyra would be an understatement. Excellent makeup skills! Kyra delivers top quality service, very professional, attentive, and personable. She studies her clients facial features in advance, listens to their needs and always exceeds their expectations! She makes them feel as comfortable as possible during the process. Her makeup skills can vary from a natural look to glamorous look depending on the client's request. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's all listed under sheglowsartistry.com I do offer discounts with thumbtack typically I travel for the first 20 miles for free!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I ask that all clients new and old bring a photo or vividly describe thee look they are aiming to obtain. I am creative but my vision and the client's vision may differ so pics help. New customers may be more into a natural look if they're not used to makeup. Therefore I want to make them very comfortable and teach them tips during application.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I usually go online to read on new skills/looks and I am studying airbrush makeup with a licensed esthetician as of now!
