This is my second experience with Blasina. The first was out on a date and the second was April 30th for my wedding. She was prompt, professional, and accommodating. My makeup looked wonderful on my date night and wow, it looked really great!! She also did the makeup for my Matron of Honor and Bridesmaids!!! Funny thing is, both Bridesmaids never wear makeup and they both were extremely pleased and will now start wearing more often since they received so many compliments. So needless to say, I highly recommend Beauty by Blasina!!!! I will be calling again for my next event for sure!!!!

Blasina did an amazing job! I mostly wanted to use Mac makeup products and she did an incredible job mixing and blending. She has an extensive makeup kit and loved her special light that she uses when applying makeup. As u can see from the photo attached nothing had even been retouched yet and this photo was taken on an IPhone while we waited for my photographer to set up! She will be my go too makeup artist for all my photo shoots and hopefully, one day, my wedding as well:)

How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a little girl, I used to spend hours on end drawing beauty portraits. I loved drawing beautiful faces and creating makeup looks to bring out the features in each one. Later on in college, I wanted another creative outlet that would allow me to express this passion. So I taught myself how to apply makeup by learning from others and endless practice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I'm most often booked for photo shoots (model tests and editorial projects), weddings, prom, and other special occasions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to go with your gut instinct and hire an artist you feel most comfortable with during the consultation.
