- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Group discounted prices are available. Feel free to always ask! I am very understanding of budgets. No need to break the bank to look amazing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers a brief consultation helps me gauge on the type of look would be best fitting for you. Typical questions are asked like: What do you plan on wearing for event? How do you typically like to wear your makeup? Do you have any allergies or products you cannot use?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in healthcare management so naturally sanitation is very important to me. That with customer service and satisfaction as a manager and prior military experience I am very detailed oriented and have good time management. I am also a certified lash technician and makeup artist.
