Tamika is by far one of the best groomers I have ever used. She is the sweetest and clearly loves and takes pride in what she does. Her customer service was impeccable. I was concerned using a new groomer, but she was simply amazing! She took excellent care of my dog and was quick. I gave her notes beforehand and she executed them perfectly. My dog is often nervous, but she was so calm and patient with her. She made me feel comfortable leaving her and not only did she do a fantastic job, she and my dog were friends have become great friends. I have recommended her to several friends. She truly is phenomenal!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system as grooming prices are dependent upon a number of factors including, breed, size, coat condition, temperament and age.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always provide a 15 minute consultation prior to getting started to get to know the client, the pet and what they want to see happen. This time allows me to envision the best plan of action and possibly make suggestions that help the pet and/or the pet parent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an apprentice and mentee to some of the top groomers in the country. I am continuously updating my education through conferences, seminars and one-on-one sessions with the industry's top groomers.
