We are a green company using child safe, pet safe environmentally safe solutions in our remediation process. We don't involve unnecessary use of industrial sized dehumidifiers or air scrubbers on every job unless actually needed, making the remediation process less costly. Our estimates are written on an insurance industry standard pricing software to assure reasonable pricing. We have fully licensed and certified technicians with the experience and training needed to do the job the right way. This is the only service we specialize in, not a secondary side service. We have references from customers ranging from large estates to apartment homes.

Only rating pre-project experience: Raymond Lane has been the first to come see our 'new to us house' that has 3 places of mold in the basement. He took humidity readings and photos of the problem areas and emailed an itemized list of what typical companies could charge for remediating the house then took off a percentage and included a defined cost to stop any further water from entering the house. He emailed me all of his certifications and brought my husband into a home that his company crew had recently finished mold removal in. He also responded to my email inquiring about types of dehumidifiers to prevent the mold from reoccuring. Raymond has encouraged us to check with more companies and offered his support no matter who ultimately does the job.

Contacted Raymond late last night 10/27/15 via Thumbtack because My husband and I feel that we need an evaluation of the mold and water problems we have In our current rental house since the issues are not being addressed Timely and properly by the rental company. We have children one of which has allergy induced asthma. He called this morning 10/28/15 next to discuss my concerns of mold and water damage and come out and give me a free report. Unfortunately he will not be able to do the inspection on the property until the rental company gives him permission. He was very helpful in providing information as to the proper steps that I need to take in order to hold the rental company accountable for the problem. He even gave me permission to give his number to the rental company and that he would be happy to talk with them, provide credentials, and do an inspection and treatment recommendation report at no charge. He Talked with me for 30 min this morning even knowing he most likely would not receive any work because of a large rental company being involved! Could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much and I assure you if we ever have a mold issue in a home we own you will be our 1st call!

Enviro clear was very professional and considerate. They did the job in an efficient time and manner. The owner came with proper gear and sealed off our door so the fumes would not enter the house. The price was honest and competitive to other companies around. They were considerate of my time and returned my call in the same day. I would recommend this company to someone else of they need it.

I contacted Raymond under a week ago about a mold issue in our very small home. He always answered or returned phone calls promptly and got to work in a timely manner. In under a week we had a complete mold remediation. I must say that Raymond went above and beyond here in our very small cramped attic. I know it was a very cumbersome job and I honestly feel like he finished the job more thorough than anyone else could have. He went the extra mile to make sure our family was safe and comfortable. He was honest, affordable, friendly, and thorough. I will be referring him to all my friends and family and I will be using him for an inspection when we buy a new house in the spring. Thanks for everything Raymond! We are super pleased!

Enviroclear uses Xactimate which is an insurance industry standard pricing software with monthly updated pricing lists that are specific to state and county.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Detailed consultation aimed at providing all pertinent information necessary to give a clear outline of what is required for the scope of work assessed. We inform our prospective clients of the process and protocols involved during a remediation. Fact based knowledge-goes a long way to achieving the satisfactory completion of our goal, which is to restore the home to a clean and mold free environment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC licensed and certified in applied microbial remediation, OSHA certified, Water remediation certified, Georgia application licensed and certified, green environmentally safe solutions application. Continued education yearly.
