- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is a reflection of my skill, experience and is competitively priced in the market. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I speak with new clients over the phone to learn the details of their event. They send an electronic payment of 50% for a deposit to hold the date. We check in as needed and the remainder is due 1 week before the event. I show up and we rock out. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 20 years of combined experience working with Fortune 100 companies, small businesses and individuals. Through professional and personal development education and continuing education credits, I have mastered my craft as a speaker and entertainer.
