- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price estimates are based on the amount rooms/bathrooms in the home and type of service requested/needed . Price may change once Pro arrives and does a walk through. Please mention in detail, in your message section all your concerns and any area needing extra attention. A 30 % non refundable deposit is required to schedule an official appointment if service appointment is more than 48 hours from scheduled day this amount will be deducted from the total quote and the remaining balance will be due the morning of service. Customers must reschedule within 24 hrs to have deposit applied to 1 future appointment if rescheduled appointment is missed or the deposit will no longer be transferable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our approach to working with each new customer is to discuss there particular needs and areas of concern to together come up with a plan to clean the home. If a detailed/move out clean is needed an appointment prior to date of service may be requested.

Our training was obtained through previous jobs, training within the commercial industry and personal cleaning
