I called them the night before I needed the job done. Found our the delivery people for my furniture delivery were not going to even start delivery until noon, and I needed to be at work at noon. He charged me a flat rate, waited hours for the delivery people to pull my order, and moved and assembled the pieces. The company is very professional, provided invoices and did exactly what they said they would do. They didn’t complain about having to wait for the furniture company to pull the order. They didn’t charge extra for the extra time. They are people of their word, they stuck to the agreed upon flat rate price. They didn’t attach the headboard, but that was because the furniture company failed to provide the screws.

This is one of those reviews where I hate to write but it is necessary. First off if it was not for the workers I would give this company zero stars or one for the owners unscrupulous conduct! The workers Jimmy & Tray were professional, polite, on time and demonstrated a high quality work ethic. I totally appreciate their service and it made the difference. This is a situation where the employees make the company. Now let’s talk about the owner. I was always told if you don’t have nothing nice to say don’t say nothing at all. So here we go…. 1. Get it in writing!!! Any price changes, order modifications or just him speaking! Make sure everything you do with man get it in writing. 2. He has inconsistent pricing for client types!!!! 3. He will over charge and leave your work incomplete. 4. He will encourage his employees to treat his clients poorly…. That God he has 2 that have integrity and character he lacks. 5. Never go with the first company that calls you on thumbtack!! Interview up to 3 at-least take your time to get estimates and compare. So how did we here? When I first spoke to the owner he was gonna charge me $950 to move. I was moving from one apartment to another in the same complex. Literally across the breezeway. I realized I did not have all of these items nor did I have 3 tv s . I had 2! So we adjusted the price. Ever since we adjusted the price he kept trying to increase as close as possible to the original price. Because I needed to move in such a short period of time I told him let’s agree to $650 and limited items. He agreed to this!!! Well the day of he charged me an extra $50 I did not agree to. And had me buy my own supplies bc he didn’t have them. The supplies I purchased were not correct he left with the job incomplete and I had to find and pay someone to complete the job. (Tv mounting) Oh did I mention he encouraged his employees to provide poor service. Never again!!!!
