There was no email communication of the charges or confirmation only a phone call or two. Movers were friendly and worked hard. They had truck trouble so they were an hour late. They had to trade out movers as one had to go to another job so that was a little interesting. It also took them much longer than expected to complete the move. The manager tried to include additional costs that were not included in the quote so that was Very Unprofessional. I had the email for proof so I didn't accept any of those charges but make sure you read the fine print of the agreement.
