- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
* Our rate is $85.00 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. * We have a 1 time travel fee of $50.00-$100.00...depending on your locations and how many stops you have during your move. * Our hourly rate includes the padding and wrapping of all furniture and disassembly and reassembly of furniture that requires it. * We do not charge for stairs. * We offer a 10% discount on all local home moves for police, fire, doctors, nurses, paramedics, and teachers. Please let us know prior to booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer is to get all the details about their move to make sure that we are prepared and our customer is fully aware of what to expect on move day as well. Nothing is worse on move day than to have a customer tell us they only have a 1 bedroom apartment worth of belongings to move and when the movers get there it is more like a 4 bedroom home. We have to be prepared and our customers need to be prepared.
