- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know we have a 2 hour minimum rate requirement to come out and provide services. We can offer up to 5 movers per job. Rates differ based on the man power you need and distance we must travel. Most rates are hourly unless we are assisting you out of state.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon recieving your request, we will reach out to you withing three to twenty four hours to gather information about any special moving needs, truck size or need for a truck, the location of each stop, and general inventory . We will then proceed with a quote for your move, if you are then satified with the quote we will proceed securing your move with a deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained and educated in customer service and communication, lifting and safety techniques, packing/ boxing items securely, and truck loading (weight balance).
