I wouldn’t hesitate to use Allen Home Movers again. They quickly gave us a reasonable quote to move a couple of pieces of furniture out of our home and take a couple of others to consignment. They were friendly and professional and very careful with the items being moved. It was outstanding service in every way.

I was beyond pleased with the job performance by Allen Moving. My project was to move a 3-seat power recliner sofa from my basement to my main floor. This is a back-breaking piece of furniture. Two movers had told me it couldn’t be disassembled and was too heavy to carry, turning down the job. I contacted Mike Allen through Thumbtack based on the very high number of positive reviews. Response was immediate, price was fair, and their confidence level high they could the job. He and his team came the next morning, flipped the piece over, studied the underside, found release latches, and took off the backs. The carry and reassembly took minutes. I would recommend Allen Moving to anyone; if I have a future moving need my first call will be to them.

Michael responded quickly for a job that had to be done on a super short timeline, communicated well, and came on time. Him and his partner were professional and friendly and made quick work of moving all my boxes up two flights of stairs. They finished quicker than I anticipated and I was very happy and thankful for their helpful service! 10/10 would recommend.
