I used Bellhops to move a bedroom suit from my house to a friend's apartment (3rd story). The guys came out on schedule and on time and were friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and got the furniture moved without incident or damage. It only took them a little over an hour to complete. I would definitely use these guys for a move again!

It was a relatively small job - moving my daughter from 1 room in her apartment to another. However when you are 3 hours away and can't be there to help with the heavy lifting, it seemed huge and stressful. Bellhops came in, completed the job in an hour, helped her get everything set-up, and made this an easy project! As a parent who could not be there, Bellhops professionalism, attention to detail, and work quality was a blessing! I will call them again when I need any of there services! Huge shout of thanks to Justice Hudnall for making this experience as wonderful as moving can be!!!

My roommate used them to help move herself into out apartment and as it is not time to move out there was no way that I wanted to carry all my stuff down the three flights of stairs. On her recommendation I used Bellhops and they were absolutely fabulous! The price was extremely reasonable. We had three movers for 2 hours to move a the stuff equivalent to a BIG 1 bedroom apartment and they were able to get it all moved in just about the time that I thought it would with is impressive with the amount of tetris they had to play to get it all to fit into the trailer. They were also all super nice and friendly and I would totally use them again!!

Movers were punctual, friendly, and worked hard. Easy to set up for a simple unload, as bellhops actually had an option for that, unlike every other mover I looked at, which wanted to give me a truck ($$) and told me my 1 bed apartment unload would take 3+ hrs ($$$). Very reasonable rate AND I was able to tip my movers through bellhop, which I was very happy to do as they did an awesome job!!

Showed up on time, couldn't have been nicer and more helpful with taking apart my furniture AND putting it back together. Never complained once and it was a difficult move and a freezing cold day. Nothing was damaged and I really appreciated their patience. I would absolutely use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Straightforward pricing:
You only pay for the time your move requires, with no surprises (Moves with trucks have a one-time base fee plus the hourly rate).
For moves with trucks there is a 3 hour minimum.
For labor-only moving help there is a 2 hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Build your moving plan and schedule online or over the phone in minutes:
Tell us what you need, and we'll tailor your moving services and match you with the most-qualified movers. Book for free and pay only a deposit after 48 hours. The rest is due once your move is complete.
2) Meet your movers:
On the night before your move, you'll receive an e-mail that includes a photograph of each mover so that you’re greeted by familiar faces on moving day.
3) Relax while Bellhop carries out the job:Your lead mover will get in touch on the day of your move to let you know your team is on its way. Once your movers arrive, they’ll conduct a brief walk-through, take note of any special instructions you have, and then get moving. You will also be provided with a QR code to clock the team in and out, giving you control over the hours you will be billed.
