- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a labor minimum of 3 hours with a truck and minimum of 2 hours. A flat truck rate including gas, mileage, and equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with first initial contact, ask questions to rather intel on the move, receive photos and/or videos of inventory, provide an estimate based on given details and contract, await signed contract and approved estimate, then contact 24 hours before the move time, finally show up and CRUSH it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 7 years of moving experience and always keeping an open mind to learn the latest things going on in the moving industry.
