- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Priority1 keeps things simple and stress-free. Upon inital contact, we chat to get all the details about your move and give you a clear quote. From there, we stay in touch, show up on time, and handle everything like it’s our own. Our crew is careful, efficient, and focused on making your move smooth from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our drivers and movers complete professional training modules focused on safety, proper lifting, packing, and customer service. Most of our team has several years of hands-on experience in the moving industry. We’re fully DOT compliant, and all employees undergo background checks for your peace of mind. We also provide ongoing training to keep our crew sharp, professional, and prepared for every type of move big or small.
