FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing & Fees My general pricing ranges from $15 to $30 per square foot, depending on the complexity, level of detail, and surface being painted. While every project is unique, this range can help you estimate a ballpark figure based on your available wall space. To begin any project, I require a 50% deposit up front. This secures your spot on my schedule and covers the initial design work (if applicable), materials, travel, and other up-front expenses. No work or design begins until the deposit is received. My minimum project budget is typically $1,500. However, during slower periods or for projects that genuinely align with my artistic interests, I may consider smaller-scale commissions. If your project falls below the minimum, feel free to reach out — I’m always open to a conversation. While I maintain a clear pricing structure to guide the process, I understand that every project comes with its own context. All proposals are negotiable based on scope, creative direction, and timeline. BONUS: ANY REFERRALS THAT SECURE A DEPOSIT, I WILL SEND YOU A 10% REFERRAL FEE 🥰🥰
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Process To begin, I typically ask for a photograph of the surface to be painted, along with a general idea of your timeline and artistic vision. Once I have that information, we’ll schedule a phone call to discuss the concept in more detail, answer any initial questions, and go over scheduling and pricing. After the creative direction and timeline are confirmed, I’ll send over a simple agreement for both parties to sign. At that point, a 50% deposit is required to secure the project. This deposit not only reserves time on my schedule, but also covers any preliminary design work (if needed), materials, travel, and other up-front costs. Please note: No design work or painting begins until the deposit is received. This policy ensures that the project is taken seriously on both sides and allows me to fully commit my time and resources to bringing your vision to life. I don’t use any pressure sales tactics — I’m committed to a collaborative, thoughtful process and am always patient when it comes to refining ideas and working within your schedule.
