FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing gets into, how large is the surface you want painted, what do you want painted , if you don't know what you want painted and you want me to come with ideas, its more.Do you want it on brick, sheet rock, metal, when can I work (days, nights, week ends), ect....you can't expect a detailed accurate quote UNLESS the artist meets with you to look at the space in question.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet personally with a new customer, I can show them my complete portfolio and discuss in depth what they would like. Its very hard to give someone a "quote"when the only information you have is,"I have an idea of what I want" or "fairly tales". Once I meet the customer, I can get an idea of what they have in terms of budget, how large the space is, the detail of what they would like, and the time frame to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learning about new painting materials and painting techniques are primary changing developments. The talent of painting, you can't "teach" talent . (LOL) I attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. I've had several gallery exhibitions, and have studied under Mr. Lev Mills, a noted artist who helped to designed the main atrium at Hartsfield-Jackson airport in Atlanta.
